The client is a consulting firm which focuses on assisting small businesses improve workplace efficiency and culture. They requested an identity system that felt approachable and modern.


ScottCare Cardiovascular Solutions
As part of the brand refresh, a new logo was suggested, but it had to maintain it's core wordmark for regulatory reasons. To apply a modernized, fresh look to the logo, the wordmark was wrapped in a bold shape to give it the flexibility and impact of a graphic element. The "ScottCare Red" was updated from a burgundy to bold red for visual impact and, when surrounded by ample white, alludes to healthcare and the heart. It was also chosen as a contrast to many of the competitors whose logos are in the blue family.

Wexler's Tavern & Eatery
For their grand reopening, the client wanted a new face. The business is a neighborhood institution and had storied roots in the Cleveland characters of the 40's and 50's. To reflect this, the restaurant was given a logo that evoked the people of the bygone era as well as something relatable to the community.

Bridges, LLC
Bridges, which provides opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities, wanted a logo that evoked strength long with openness. The bridge graphic can be seen as a structure that provides protection and support as well as embracing the text below it.
